I know matchbook has always (or at least as long as ive been playing there) implemented a delay on live-bets. I assume the major reason for this is to keep people from just waiting for key events to occur and snagging offers before they are cancelled.
What I am wondering is if matchbook has increased this delay recently? During the MLB playoffs, I feel like when I am trying to submit/match an offer, that it is pending quite a bit longer than it used to. Maybe the system is overloaded with people so it is taking longer to process these bets? If that is the case, is this allowing someone who is laying a bad line more time to cancel an offer? I ask this because pretty much every time i see a bad line it is gone by the time my bet goes through. Is someone beating me to it, or are all of the offers taking longer to go through?
Thanks for any insight on this.
