Heritage has treated me very well. I was really just curious if it was an automatic setting, or manually adjusted. The rebate is really just a bonus; having the out is worth much more.

Curious how/why you would be offered the rebate. They appear to remove it for anyone who seems remotely intelligent...long before actually winning any money from them.
