5DIMES Live Dealer suddenly disappears.

I was playing off and on today. Just went there and it is gone. Live chat says it is not coming back and refused to give the reason why.

On Monday, they switched to a new studio/format. Since then I have seen the same number on roulette hit 3 times in a row, at least 5 times. Odds of that happening are in the millions each time. Ball jumps out of a space and slams into another one all the time. I think something is up, and I was whacked hard today, losing WAY more than I have ever seen.

I asked them earlier what was going on and if it would be back, and they gave the generic response of, "We hope it will be back soon". When I asked them earlier before that, they said they were trying to "fix the problem" and that it would be back up soon.

I really have no clue, but I hope it's back soon because I want to play, and the other sites that allow U.S. players that have a live dealer don't do sportsbook transfers with 5dimes.

I don't know much about 5Dimes casino, but I can tell you your math is WAY off. If you're playing European Roulette (if your playing American, your a sucker and deserve to go broke), there are 37 possible results of a roulette spin. This means the odds of a number getting hit 3 times in a row is 1368-1. That's a far cry from "millions". In fact, you have a 50% chance of seeing a number get hit 3 times in a row at least once every 950 spins. If you're at an online casino, and playing 10 spins every minute, you should see a number get hit three times in a row every 2 hours, and if you're playing a long session, it is highly probable that this will occur at least 5 times. With a little variance, it is not that remarkable to see a number get hit 3 times in a row 2 or 3 times in an hour.

The odds of a number getting hit 3 times in a row on a 37# roulette wheel is 1368-1. The odds of rolling snake eyes on 2 consecutive dice rolls is 1295-1. Are you that shocked when you roll back to back snake eyes in a crap game once in a while?

No disrespect intended, but if your math is this bad, maybe you should find a new hobby, because you're going to get killed in any type of gambling contest unless you get freak luck and hit a big jackpot.

talked to customer service they said it was permanently removed i asked why and they said management decision and wouldn't elaborate any further
