If you had been playing at sportsbetting for years then you will know that the old management had no problem in paying customers , I was an agent there for over three years and never did I have one complaing from any of the 100+ customers that I handled , when I started having problmes there was a few months back when BOL started to negotiate for the book, I use to give my guys anywhere from 20% to 100% cash and kept many long time players happy, its funny how BOL has a bad reputation with paying out and ever since they started to negotiate for Sportsbetting.ag the same thing happened there, I quit almost two weeks ago and I am sure that everyone will be paid even if it takes months.

Johnny- you can call Betonline and see if they have updated sportsbetting information. When I callwd tjem last week, they were still waiting for everything to be updated in the system.

Hi Johnny,

You can email CS@Sportsbetting.ag. There will be no phone number, just as with the old SB.ag brand. Live chat is being worked on. Management says all eyes available are on those emails, with less than 24 hrs response time.

while maybe they respond within 24 hours of my emails, they have provided 0 information on my withdrawals that are months old and not received. they have been unable to even confirm that these withdrawals exist. quite frustrating.

We clerks had no clue that the merge was going to happen, I was told by upper management about a week before everyone got fired , I started looking for another job immediately and i just happened to quit a few days before they got rid of everyone.

through out the months all of what we heard was that everyone was going to get their money and that we were just going through a processor issue and that we would have new ones running soon, customers were all getting paid just very slowly, its pretty much obvious that BOL did not want to give the clerks information if they were all going to get fired in the long run.

no Im not rich , some of us clerks are still waiting for our liquidation, players are not the only ones waiting on money. You are not stuck, just becuase im not there it doesnt mean you cant get your winnings all players will be paid , its just a matter of time.

I do apologize if you feel like I deceived you or any of my players, hundreds of employees dont have jobs and customers are still waiting on money, My Loyalty is right here, I would of never posted on sbr in the first place i didnt think i could give a little bit of relief to players that are still waiting on pay outs that they will get paid even though we are not there anymore,some of this guys we were attached to us clerks as we handled their account for years I just wanted to reasure them that they would get paid its been like this for a few months now but slowly all the players got the money and some are being paid as we speak, when you work at this places you sign a confidiality agreement so even if you know something before it happens you have to do your job normally like it or not , I would of loved to say good bye to a lot of players and informed them of what was going down but I had no choice to stay quiet and pack my things. trust me I know that slow paying anyone is bad for business and I lost a lot of clients that way, I would be happy to answer any questions to players that are still there and confused into what happened.

Wow! you recently signed up to SBR just to talk bad about a clerk? We did the impossible to keep our customers happy, we have nothing to do with your money being tied up, all we did was our job. If you are really are "Mark's client" we wish you the best!

That's incorrect... you can reach them at 1-866-395-1043... same number I've been calling for almost four years. In fact, I had about a twenty-five minute chat just a bit ago.

Not sure where the idea that the original sportsbetting didn't have a telephone number... or that the new sportsbetting doesn't have an operational number.

Verifying that all of my previously approved ************ were still on record. Checking on various deposit/withdrawal options. Confirmed that my early June withdrawal requests were both documented and scheduled for processing. Basically, just went down my list and I was completely satisfied with his response(s). Thank you for letting us know that Sportsbetting.ag's phone number is working again. I used to call that number for making deposits until a week before BOL took over, they disconnected the phone. I just finished talking to a CS rep and to my surprise, he was very pleasant and I was happy with the answer he gave me although the problem is not solved yet, but at least he said they will look into it and get back to me. Hopefully that's a start of creating a good working relationship with the client. Thanks again Night-Tripper and GL to you too.

You seem to have a problem... I don't... let's just leave it at that. I'm not here to divulge my life story and I'm not about to go through everything I discussed with them. I will say that due to the length of time I've been with them that it was fairly easy for the new owners to verify my identity and that none of my information was fraudulent... which may be why they were able to give me more definitive answers than they were to you. (And I have never had a problem with added security.) All I'm going to say (again) is that I'm perfectly satisfied that there is no reason for me to be concerned. I've made a great deal of money via sportsbetting.ag and I hope to continue that same trend with the *BetOnline* version of sportsbetting. I've never had a problem getting paid and I'm sure that trend will continue.

In closing, I don't know how old you are, but I'd be willing to bet that I've been gambling longer than you've been breathing... which is probably why I don't have my panties in a wad.

Ive never had a problem with sportsbetting.ag. Been playing with them for 4 years. Owed more than 25k pre merger. I don't have to verify Anything as I am a VIP like yourself and I've made numerous WITHDRAWLS in 4 Years. Just want my funds.
