Betonline are always e-mailing me about their 50% bonuses up to $900 or something. I think that is a better offer because you can use the freeplay more freely. I have not looked at the phoenix site in a while, but they used to only let you use it on major sports and spreads and totals only. No tennis, soccer three-way etc. BOL will let you bet on most anything except props and maybe futures with no restriction on maximum odds.
