    First off, Welcome to the SBR forum

    In regards to your problems getting in contact with them goes. The DPT family of books are having a few techinial issues on there end, which might contribute to this problem your experiencing.

    If you are referring to their initial deposit bonus rules, it's a 5x's rollover (see below). However.if your referring to the $100 for $100 offer special they are running for new signups, then it's 10x's (listed below)

    Initial Deposit Bonus
    The 20% initial cash deposit bonus is subject to a five (5) time rollover before a withdrawal may be requested with up to a $1000 maximum bonus amount! $300 minimum deposit required. Limited to $500 in a single week
    $100 for $100 Cash Promo Rules
    * Sportsbook: 10 time rollover of $200 = $2000 in action
    * Casino: 20 time rollover of $200 = $4000 in action
    * Sportsbook & Casino Action: 15 time rollover of $200 = $3000 in action (note this action must be well rounded with a minimum of 30% of either.)

        The promotion if you deposit $100 they will give you a bonus of $100, which you will have to rollover accordingly pending on what you play at there establishment.

        $100 for $100 Cash Promo Rules
        * Sportsbook: 10 time rollover of $200 = $2000 in action
        * Casino: 20 time rollover of $200 = $4000 in action
        * Sportsbook & Casino Action: 15 time rollover of $200 = $3000 in action (note this action must be well rounded with a minimum of 30% of either.)

            LooseLines (SBR Rated B-) is part of the DPT Sports Group and is very stable. If you can't meet those requirements, then might I suggest accepting the Initial Deposit Bonus offer.

            Initial Deposit Bonus
            * Sportsbook: 10 time rollover of $200 = $2000 in action
            * Casino: 20 time rollover of $200 = $4000 in action
            * Sportsbook & Casino Action: 15 time rollover of $200 = $3000 in action (note this action must be well rounded with a minimum of 30% of either.)

Also if there is usually no one there from midnight to 7 or 8 might be why no one answered. Free blackjack tourney on weds. got a 200 dollar freeplay from it last week
