I deposited 300 pounds in my bet365 account by ***** vouchers. My account got credited.
After few days bet365 blocked my account and now they are asking for proof of purchase of ***** vouchers. I have around 600 pounds in my account. unfortunately i don't have the receipts of the vouchers anymore. I contacted ***** and they told me they don't have the receipts, then ***** themselves contacted bet365.com and still bet365 is asking me for the receipts . my cousin bought those vouchers from a shop, but he is not in the same country anymore. So we contacted shop on the phone and shopkeeper refused to help. I have told the whole story to bet365.com and still they are asking me for the receipts. earlier when i contacted them they told me that they will require my Identity proofs, so i send them the same. Then they told me they will send a post for postal verification. I have told them the code written in the post I received. Again they came back to the same point asking for the receipts. What should i do?
