    Question for Justin7
First of all, love your work around here!

My question is in regards to being a 3rd party dealing with a players account with a bookie when a complaint has been filed. This is my assumption but wouldn't you have to be a legal representative to be able to do these things on behalf of the player. so, are you a lawyer or could anyone do it?

You have to authorize us to discuss the complaint on your behalf (the complaint form has a box to select this, but we can't do anything if you don't.)

I don't think you would have to be a lawyer to analyze disputes, but it is helpful to have a legal background. I am a licensed attorney in the U.S.
