Partybets down again?

Trying to place a bet at partybets but keeps giving me an "internal error". Anyine else have this problem?

Gamebookers and Partybets are bwin now. (They were bought some time ago but now they also have the same odds as bwin.)

I heard it is an issue specific to Canada perhaps and that others are still able to access the site
