Yep, its what they told me too. Log in one day to find all my cash in my sportsbook account, won't let me transfer back to poker. Said they're working on it. Whatever.

So are you saying you had left money in the poker room, and then upon logging on the next day saw that the poker room money had been moved (not by you) back to your sports account?

See what you experienced is a very troubling sign. It means that either BOL or the network has tossed players out.
It makes no sense, as you can still play in freeroll or point buy-in tourneys, but they have effectively booted all thier cash players.

It is now 6/17 and server is still down. Does anyone have any word on this? I just deposited on betonline because I am looking for a new home. I guess all the poker rooms are the same.

I was having deposit issues and told them I was there to play poker a dozen times. Now they tell me I was not informed because they thought this was going to be a quick fix. Two weeks down before I joined is not a quick fix. I didn't think this would be an issue as I see people playing as we speak.

Please read my other threads about this very poorly handled situation.
Unfortunately we are not dealing with the caliber of people like Mike, Scotty, Spiro, Jon, etc.

More like Dopey, Sneezey, Jerky and Sleepy.
(I may have misnamed a dwarf in there).

The whole reason I joined here was your thread and seeing how this site backs you for any complaints. I am not sure if I should withdraw or wait. This is really a turn off to online poker for me. If there is a mistake it takes so long to resolve.

Wow, so according to another thread, they are not losing their license. I have never seen a tech issue take this long. Nobody is playing on their table games either.

On a side note, have you ever seen a site take uneven rake? People are winning pots with change in it. Usually rake is taken on the dollar.

This is more than suspicious. I just funded my BetOnline account for the first time, too, and it went straight to the sports betting and I can't switch to poker. After reading this thread I went to 15 active tables and didn't find a single player from the U.S. They are all Canada, other countries, or "does not want to share details". The odds of that are zero. They are lying to us big time about this being a "technical issue". They should have told me *before* I deposited.
