Can we have some of these on the US industry as opposed to everywhere but the US? I believe that is the biggest client base you guys have judging by the books on the top.

Matchbook is going strong again, it's good to see.
Paying me fast every time so far via Neteller, just like it used to be.

Hi FreeFall, you make a very good point. Sometimes we run with the most current, which means that some weeks the topics discussed are not directly US related. Our Fridays segment is mainly US focused as well as our interviews. I will however try to include at least one or more topic ever week that relates to the US industry. If you have any more comments or feedback I always appreciate it, as we aim to make are content the very best it can be. Natalie

The LGA did a good job with the Getwin theft case last year.

IBAS themselves state that they rule approximately 40% of the time in favour of the complainant. This includes cases where the bookmaker settles after the complaint has been made but before IBAS rules.

I've never personally heard of / known anyone to get anything meaningful out of IBAS or the LGA ...

IBAS is certainly no good in attempting to fight unusual or obscure rules. If for example a book said that it could void any bet it chose to if it were made on a Tuesday it would be more sense to take this to court as an unfair contract term.

Also less than 30% of the cases it actually considers relates to online, less than half that of the retail shop betting issues, which tend to be of a rather different nature.
