The line on AH settled @ -1 +1 hours before the game !!! My wagers were voided when Mexico was up 2:0

Money line was readjusted after the game and paid. My guess the group took tons of money on the "sure" shot Brazil .
I had never seen the Book paying half of the bets at the new price and refuse to do the same for the rest of the wagers .LOL my DRAW wagers got refunded as a good will

MY AH wagers ! Not an easy task for 1vice /on how to readjust them ?
Shits the team won straight up

. So lets void them this way and pay ML at new price . 1 vice scored big . Congrats

If you can't afford to hire people to move lines quick and efficiently than thats on you. If the line isn't an obvious bad line "Aka a number that never existed on the market at the other major books" than you are supposed to honor the wager.

Yes our line movers make mistakes, it happens everywhere. Most of the sportsbooks out there will void the bet when the mistake is found. We found it early enough where the player had a chance to repost the bet with the correct line( a lot of places wont even bother to contact the player to notify him). He knew he was taking a bad line and he chose to take advantage of it instead of contacting the book. He took a shot and he lost. Thats the bottom line here.

Betrevolution and 1vice clone their lines from the same bookmaker feed.

Errors in Bookmakers feed are common although Bookmaker never makes the error on their site, not sure if it is just a software glitch or if Bookmaker intentionally does it just to screw over copy cat books who can not book their own numbers.

This was an obvious line error and the book has the right to cancel the bet.

O/U was 2.75 goals I would say +3 (-130) was a bad line.

My wagers were sitting as pending right trough the first half and only got voided when Mexico was up 2:0 !

I will say that Griffen and George try hard to do whats right. I took some of my 5Dimes winnings to try them out. Yesterday I gad a tennis wager on Tsonga to win and the game was stopped with Tsonga winning 4-2 in the final set. Most books let the wager stand because it will be finished the next morning. 1VICE canceled the wagers because they said it messes up their accounting for the week. I was not happy because I had a sure winner. I also had an if wager off of this play that was already a winnner. Griffen made thing right and gave me my winnings. They really try hard to do right by the player as best I can see so far. Props to them so far. I am gonna try a payout pretty soon.

Actually what they are doing here is screwing the customer. You caught it, but imagine 5 out of 20 people did not catch it, or just thought it was standard sportsbook procedure. They knew they were going to lose on the favorite and they voided the bets. Any other sportsbook would have just waited until the next day when the match was done.

(Or if you do, I can't find them after 5 mins of looking). 99.9% of my bets are tennis and I have never heard of a book cancelling wagers in play, even if they carry over 3 days due to rain. If a book did that to me, I'd be out of there never to return regardless if my player was ahead or behind.

Nah I was just talking as a gambler. The first thing I do when I'm deciding whether or not to try out a book is to check out their tennis rules. I've never come across a case where I couldn't find them but I suppose I would've jumped on live chat to ask how they grade retirements as that varies from book to book. I would never ever think to ask how they handle a match carrying over to the next day because that's just a given. If that rule was posted somewhere and I still chose to bet with them then fair enough - although I never would with that rule, especially in France where it rains regularly and the courts don't have lights - but if it's not posted, the bets should stand.

It seems to me that they are a very amateur book.
