Their site says 3-7 business days for the method you've posted in other threads. If they started counting on the 14th, then yesterday was the 7th business day. That means come Monday they will be one day late. How is that "very slow pay"? Have you contacted them about it?

Yes I've contacted them and will contact them Monday. I just don't understand why some people receive their check in 3 days and why Heritage will not give me a tracking number when asked for one.

There are legitimate reasons for both and many books no longer give tracking numbers. It's not your fault for not knowing them, but regardless, when a book is on the verge of being one business day late, calling it a "very slow pay" is a very inaccurate characterization.

im ,not defending them but ive had three withdrals from them and had the sneck in my hand all three times in 6 days or less no bull shitt
