maybe they should oversee their customer service better......and actually give a good reason as to why it costs 90 dollars to cash out 500 via p2p instead of sending out tough guy messages.

talked to a manager there. said live betting separate dept. does not know why the message was sent but i am doing something that is probably pissing them off. like past posting. don't get it. they leave the lines up for most of the entire game in baseball and hockey. haven't made any bets after a run or goal to have that advantage because they were slow to change the numbers. the good news is he took my number and will have the guys from live betting call and tell me why the message was sent. also said it may be tomorrow, but most likely it will be today in 4 or 5 hours. couple weeks ago i had my live betting option taken away - couple hours later it was back. i called and was told no notes in my account. no problem with betting live at all. now this. will post here when i find out.

p.s. also told i was not the only person this was sent to. cs guy had 3 other people that called him about it.

just heard back from management. forget it. just a mistake. should not have been sent to your account.
