    ATT: BOL person calling herself 'Sarah'.

    was trying to ask a question about a rollin gif bet, and the heavy accent fellow was a real jerk, than introduced me to his buddy, Senor Click.

    1-888-238-5808

    called this number at 1:05am eastern time.

    please tell me we've all been on Candid Camera with your CS

      Hey Lou,
      His name I don't know.
      Simple question was "do you offer rolling if bets?", then when I asked how to make one from the website as I've never seen a drop down menu or button indicating one is available, I could tell he simply didn't want to bother explaining it.

      They will always be like this unless there is a fear that the recorded calls can be listened to by management quickly and easily.

      With all respect, why do you even care about my post? There alot more egregious complaints against BOL all the time.

            betonline is a good book got paid mid 3 figures in 48hrs i can not belive that you people are not getting paid in the rep hung up on you i do know that it is hard to understand the people at betonline so when i called them i asked to talk to someone that speaks english a little better and they did no problems with them

              See the thing is I make sure to remind whoever I'm speaking to that we're on a recorded line.
              I verbally state the current exact time, time zone, and toll free number I dialed.
              As I'm sure you know, toll free lines will show the caller's phone number, and caller ID blocking will not work on them.

              I purposely use the toll free whenever I can, as I know I'm being recorded, and I WANT my calls to be listened to by hopefully someone at Betonline that just may give a shit. (long shot I know, but I give myself the best chance to be taken seriously).

              Please let me add this:
              I hearby give my permission to Betonline.ag to share any and all phone conversation recordings between myself and BOL, (including their employees or agents, and anyone acting as their representative) with SportsBookReview.com in good faith.

                I wasn't trying to be funny. That's what it did sound like.

                Obviously you don't think you were too rude, but as you think starting the call by reminding the operator you are being recorded is a good footing to start a request with, maybe we have different ideas about rudeness too. ;-)

                I hope we do get to hear the call now!

                  I appreciate the 'follow', but this is just a bit of a frustrated rant.

                  Go read some real juicy Betonline outright fraud, theft, and deception posts. There are plenty of them!

                    Ok, I'll be off.

                    But seriously, you should reconsider starting off each call with the recording reminder. What's the point? Unless you want to put them on the defensive straight away? If you have ever sat on the other end of a CS line you would probably find yourself also choosing to be of minimum possible help to that person before another word is spoken. ;-)

                        This happened to me on 3 different occasions.

                        Hung up on mid-sentence.

                        And while I will admit that I was complaining at least 2 of the times, I was never rude, inappropriate or yelling.

                        I would NEVER use this book again.
