They are on my "actively avoid" list, not quite Cascade, but I wouldn't trust them with a dollar.

It looks like back in 2010 they where going through some issues, but now its under new management I think? Could the mods chime in about WagerWeb...

Yeah this is funny i wanted to know more info about them. I read a while back that they pay in some threads but nobody reliable thats why i gave them no extra thought. Maybe some credible people here that play there could give me some motivation here but until then no chance for me.

Doesn't seem like any payout complaints have hit here recently so that's always a good thing. You hear more about Sportsbetting, betonline, etc. but none from this shop.
