Do that and also you might have to reset your browser to default settings as well.

Well they paid me out, no problems. I cashed out two thirds of my balance. They have been nothing but polite and legit to me. Sounds like nobody on here owns their own business or understands that shit happens sometimes (DDOS is common, especially for up and comers). They've tried to sort it out, things take time sometimes. I dunno. I've been treated much worse by other books. Seems like people only get on here to bitch and whine, but never announce if something goes well. I have laid -107 the whole time and got a payout with no fees at all. Betislands is still ok w me.

The only book that every f|_|cked me over completely was SIA...

Despite not receiving a tracking # via e-mail today as promised, I anticipate the 5k payout to be in my mailbox by noon tomorrow without any issues.

Cookies are not the issue. Browsers that don't store cookies have the same problem.

Can you bookmark the site?If you can try logging on and if it kicks you out,don't leave the site,just hit your bookmark again and it should let you log in.Sounds nuts but it worked on my end.

Morning guys,

Hope all is well , we have finished our security upgrade and we are virtually untouchable from more attacks the MAC error some of you were getting was a cluster issue that has been solved our techs worked all night and nobody should have anymore issues , clean your cookies and cache and re open your browser and the site will work fine for you if it did not please PM me so I can take a look at your account / IP.

I would like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding DDOS attacks are part of this industry our business internally has not been affected one bit , our payouts are still going out as usual and things are back to normal.

Everyone that was active through the attack by active I mean people that had balances at the time of the issues will receive a house comp please email cs@betislands.ag to request not by chat or phone but by email.

What about had balance but lost it all on the 2nd day of DOS attack (I called to made my bets)? And called 2-3 times to make a deposit but couldn't.

I'm still having problems with the site. It is painfully slow, and the connection frequently times out. I was able to get one bet in yesterday, but other than that it has been impossible to place a wager. Anyone else having this problem?

Interested to see if this came through. If we hear nothing but solid payouts, you really gotta give BetIslands credit for coming through this and ensuring customers saw no disruption. This cannot be an easy thing to do with the amount of withdrawal requests they had to get this week. Shows a solid bankroll and solid operation.

Doesn't look like anymore complaints and everyone getting paid on time. Im sure last couple weeks were no fun with Bet Islands but they were appeared to come through and peeps getting 5k payouts like its nothing.

With all this crap news about shit books stiffing and slow-paying it sounds like they could learn from how Islands operates.
