they made me verify my documents 3 times even though i was cleared each time. the issue was i constantly got suspended because they didnt think i submitted them.

and now they are doing scheduled maintenance for 4 hours. would have been nice to know that before the maintenance actually takes place.

I've just opened my Will Hill account about 3 weeks ago. They seem to have more scheduled maintenance than any other site I've been with. Especially sucks that it's normally in middle of live betting of North American sporting events.

their variety is quite good and the live betting is great but these few hiccups has been annoying. customer service is incredible though so i think it is worth sticking around for.

Pride Why did you have to send your documents 3 times? Was it for every time you cash out? Is it cleared now? Hope I don't get the run around when I need to cash out.

Usually they don't have any issue with the sportsbook site, the casino part is often unaccesible (or not working perfectly) tho

when i first signed up they suspended my account right after i deposited saying i had to verify the account. i did and it took a while, they were very picky about the placement of my documents in the photos i took.

i signed on the next day and was suspended again because apparently the people who verified it didnt save w/e i sent in and so ihad to do it again. took two more times before they finally lifted my suspension and overall around 2 hours of waiting around in live chat for my account to finally be cleared.

perhaps the worst thing about this book is that when betting it sends the bet to a trader who takes a while to accept or decline. well after a week i am up 6k and my bets get declined more often than not and they counter with an "offer". weirdest thing ive ever seen a book do. my limits have been cut a little bit and at this point i am expecting them to be slashed if i keep my pace up.

WTF you must a realy highroller or something, my 100$ bet are accept in matter of seconds, wierd that something like that hppens in willhill they are one bigest highstreet bookies in the UK , if you are a winning player you wont last there very long

ive turned 2000 into 14000 in a week. im thinking of cashing out very soon because i find it very annoying how i keep getting my bets rejected and they counter with a lower offer. the limits are on a player by player basis (confirmed through customer support) and the only limits they specify are max payout but that doesnt mean shit if you cant wager anywhere near that.

today they accepted a 5k wager on the boston/philly game (it won) but they are very picky with everything else. live betting is getting tough since it takes a while for them to allow a wager and by that time the line has changed more often than not.

Just thought I would update. I am cashing out of this outfit and never returning. It might be good for the average bettor who risks 50 dollars on a game but I am tired of it taking over a minute to place a bet and more often than not I get denied. They have limits which are set to the individual account and god help you if you want to place a bet on a dog or against their lean. In play betting is juiced as shit and if you are having any sort of success dont expect to be able to place any live bets since it will take an eternity for someone to accept it.

Book is simply too annoying to deal with anymore and i have only been there a short time.
