I signed up for the MLB season as I heard nothing but good things about this book. I was not happy with the changes to the website from old software to new and tweaks on almost a daily basis. Doing away with MLB overnights after they were promised rubbed me the wrong way and then the site has been down allot. I had some money tied up in there but due to all the changes I wanted to take my money and move it elsewhere.
I spoke with Jon who was very kind and accommodating in making this happen. I spoke with Amy via chat on Saturday who said my money would not be available until Monday however I got an email saying it was ready for pick up a few hours later. I got my money about 4 hours after I requested it with no issues.
I have been critical of BetIslands however I was very satisfied with the way I was dealt with in wanting to take my money elsewhere. Perhaps I will go back someday, but for the time being there is just too much uncertainty for my liking. The customer service I got was A+ even with me leaving.
