    Jon is right about his payouts, I got one last week in 3 hours. Also the feds really don't care about your personal information. Anybody that gambles offshore is small time for them. You don't think they could get that info anytime they wanted if they were after it?

              I cannot blame them for the dos attack, however not having phone support is a joke. I called wagering and customer service just now with no answer. I want to know my balance. With the current internet problems, there should be EXTRA phone support. for that there is 0 excuse.

                    Gotta show some serious respect for Jon coming on and stating his case. What he says is 100% true. These internet issues will bring a flood of w/d requests like BetIslands have never seen before. If they pay without issue over next 1-2 weeks, then for sure they earned their rating, and once Internet issues solved, they will be on the upswing for sure and solidify even more their reputation.

                      With MLB not being a book's favorite time of year, I suppose this proves better to happen now than just about any other time if the year.

                            You have a matrix that includes continued fast payouts, customer service (apparently more phone help is needed, I'm not playing there so I'll defer) and longevity. Obviously the last one is important. If BI can make it through this tough spot and still be around in several years, they will escape the B grade they have earned and will be bumped up, assuming the other things they do right stay the same. Look at 5 Dimes, Legends, Bookmaker, even Heritage, who was just unattainable to the general public until last July (and later). This is a big time for Jon and his staff. I hope they make it over the big hurdle they're now facing. If individually you don't need them, the industry (especially here in the States) does.

                                Every time I called them I got through. This is over the past 5 days. Always got through. Now if I called at 12;30am with nothing on the board and no one answered, why would u be mad?

                                  Because I deserve to know what my balance is. I am not able to call 24/7. I understand there CS is not 24/7 but there wagering always was. And if they are "closed" than at least have a messgae telling me when to call back. Is the dos attack affecting there phone lines?

                                    same here. every time they have been down I got through to the number no problem, answer on the first ring or two. FYI for current players at BI check your email.
