I got the same line of crap. These people were 'liars' and 'trying to make trouble' and I don't believe that - AT ALL. I would guess that you would recieve the 5/1 payout because others have? I have one requested 5/20 and I believe I may receive that one prior to the mid April requests. I don't know, and I'm just guessing that maybe there are several processors and we may be stuck with a "bad" one. They certainly are secretive about their process - which I can understand. They don't know who we really are. Let's just keep each other informed and then we can atleast make a good guess where we are in line.

Hey Folks,
I was worried it was all "smoke and mirrors: as well. I jut got my tracking # about 10 min ago. No email, only showed in my bovada messages. Im 4/10 approved. You cant really trust anybody on the webs as you have no idea what there intentions are. I just wish there was a way to absolutely prove that I just got mine, but cant for obvious reasons. So, if your somewhere in the mix, all I can say is think positive and be nice to those in your life. We all have to live in this world together you know. I know the past is only an indicator of the future and thats all it is. But, as of this moment bovada is legit and the future and that they intend on being in business for the long run. For the posters who go around with bs, well, i dont know why you do that, you shouldnt. As far as bovada, damn, Ill do crazy but I sure as hell wont do boring. Good on ya bovada!!!!

ive spoke with ray twice but he has fed me the same **** just in a different like hes my friend kind of way. he was supposed to be working on it personally but nothing in almost 3 weeks, he is supposed to call me tomorrow so i will post what he says

Np. I just want to give bovada a fair shake and help those who might be worried with a little better sleep and maybe have a little better day tomorrow, this is it. I think time can be spent enjoying other stuff then worrying about this then sitting there hitting refresh all the time. Sometimes it is what is it one cant do squat but Im in this world to bring people up, not down, and all this bovada stuff is on the up.

Still waiting for my 4-12 and 4-18 withdrawal glad to hear some people are getting their checks. sadly im still leaving bovada rather drive 30 mins than deal with this.

I would have to agree with you. 4-16 approval date for 2700 and still no tracking number. I'm still trying to figure out how people with approval dates later than 4/16 have been receieving tracking #s and payouts already. I've emailed and called and still get the same response. This is ridiculous. I won't put another dime into Bovada.

What's even more disappointing is that I love playing the bovada's slots. However 5Dimes and other advised sportbooks do not have the variety of slots that bovada has.

Johnny- I can say that I sent a few emails, maybe 2 or 3, never called. Very nice and tried to be a little funny with a not so fun situation. I basically got all my info from here, 2plus2 and beyond. I basically went with Occams razor and I believe that was/is what it is. I think you will get your 16 tacking # by next thurs unless things are excellerated. The rest should follow suit if theres any pattern to follow. Im not calling anybody out, Im just saying with the direct experience Ive had. Bovada has never NOT paid anybody, they have a REALLY GOOD record of not issuing bad checks. (maybe looking) And coming back from difficult and challenging situations. To my knowledge this is fact.

Called 1 time regarding my 4/1 request that I received on 5/9. Never called or emailed about my other withdrawals.

Wahoo- Thanks for the info. Just spoke to "Ray" and he said that there isn't any info and that I'm so far along that I couldn't change my method to ********** or **, even if I ate the fees. Basically sucks considering my B-Day is 6/8 and probably won't see a dime by then. Guess I'll have to tap into the savings to pull of the party I wanted! Haha. But on another note, your right, every payout from them I've ever done has been payed and in a timely manner, even as recent as my April 1st payout which I received on 4/13. So I do have SOME faith in them

I just recieved an email from Bovada. I was approved on 4/19. They said that no tracking number has been issued yet and teh dely is due to the Kentucky Derby. Whatever. I got a $50 bonus added to my account today for my trouble, but no word on my payout other than IDK

Ray has yet to contact me today with the normal theres no updates but he will be personally watching it speech, but i did speak with a attorney today and to my surprise she actually seemed interested and told me to come in for a free consulation about what can be done. Im going next week so ill let you guys know what if anything can be done.

You requested on the 7th, so you were probably approved on the 8th.
Business days May 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 29, 30, 31. That's 16 days.

I am still receiving weekly payouts from bodog/bovada from 2010 on casino winnings.

I've seen delays in payout timeframes...it's part of the process...including strange anomalies with other players getting paid before me.

Everything Halstad has said in this forum and the poker forum is true, and I've followed his posts for quite some time.

Don't come here and patronize the people who are trying to help you get info because you won a few bucks. Respect them.

Alright, back with my update.

Check arrived late yesterday via DHL. For those who haven't seen my earlier rants/posts about how I've been in the same boat as the rest of you, my payout was approved on 4/7. Got the same form responses from Bovada, yada yada yada.

Tracking info showed up over the weekend. I missed their first delivery attempt Tuesday, and was home when it came late yesterday.

Yes, I will admit the check looks a bit suspect, but I'm going to trust that it won't bounce and follow their specific instructions about deposit via ATM late tonight or early tomorrow.

Stay tuned...hopefully I will have good news about it clearing. Best of luck to everyone else!
