Went to make a deposit with poli this morning. The transaction made an error at the end, the money is gone from my bank but not received by the bookie. The bookie has seen the pending transaction which has been cancelled (by poli not the bookie) but the money did not come back to my bank account. Poli can't be contacted until monday, should i be worried? I've had this happen before but the money turned up in my betting account within 5 minutes after talking to the bookie. This time is different obviously. Had to deposit again but chose a different method but now i'm down double what i planned from my bank.

I have had this issue before. It just takes a bit of explaining to do with the book and they eventually put the money into your account.Comment -

I found POLI to be very easy to use and such a good system that doesn't charge you big booking fees like other sites. The whole transaction was smooth, it was even easier than my day to day internet banking as POLI automatically inputs your details on the payment page! For me it is awesome system!Comment -
Have had this happen numerous times. Interesting that they cancelled the transaction though. Normally the book credits the money because it hits their account without the username associated with it.
Gotta say I love Poli too. I try and play at only books who offer this method.Comment
