For more than a month, my Betclic account has been blocked.
I have played with them for almost a year and never had any problems,
my account is verified.
I usually bet $100-200, but from time to time, after careful analysis
of a given event, I play betting roughly $3000-4000.
Recently, I bet with them on the Champions League Chelsea-Napoli
match, after examining all the pros and cons, I placed my bet on
Chelsea, I was sure that after the defeat, Chelsea will do anything to
win in rematch. In other bookers, the course was around 1.65, while in
Betclic it was 1.70. Without further though, I bet $4000. Result 3-1
for Chelsea.
After the match, I've tried to log into my account, but it was
blocked, and there is information: please contact customer support.
And here starts the problem, because the support does not know why my
account is blocked. Every now and then I send a request for how long
my account will be closed but I am getting the same answer again and
again:
"Please know that we still have not received a reply from the Security
Department on your account. As soon as we receive it, we'll
immediately contact you. Please be patient and we apologize for any
inconvenience."
And I'm getting such answer since March 23rd.
Finally, I decided to do something about it, and move the matter
further, because it might turn out that, when I leave it, then in 2 or
3 months I get the same answer, and I have $7,000 frozen in my
account.
And here I have a request for help, how to solve this problem, to
which institutions can I complain?
Maybe someone had a similar problem with Betclic and managed to solve it.
