Can someone link me up with a comprehensive list of those online bookies who accept Paypal?

Given how illegal it is for Paypal to be used for gambling, gonna be an awfully short list and not one you'll likely find posted in public.

Im in England John where it is fully legal to use Paypal on betting sites. Many of the bigger companies do but i was just hoping for a list. Im guessing stateside Paypal is a dirty word in gambling circles then?
