Las Vegas has plenty. Last I checked, so did Delaware. NJ is likely to have some at some point. Eventually all states will have that and online gambling. Free revenue from taxes.

there are betcris shops in guatemala, mexico, honduras, dominican republic, venezuela, ecuador, nicaragua, and panama.

In my smal town in Mexico, there are Four sportbooks. Oh, yeah, we have acces to Pinnacle too.
