    bwin account closure*SECURITY REASONS????*
Hi all, I am new to this forum and to betting altogether so I`m not too sure what I need to do!I know that SBR are the best in US for betting advocacy.

"Redman, I would file a complaint via www.sportsbookreview.com They will make contact with BWin on your behalf and argue your case assuming you have not done anything which breaks BWin's rules."

If that is correct You may be able to help me too?!

    Here is my situation:

I have registered with BWin and deposited £££!
    My deposit was accepted straightaway.
Placed 1 single soccer bet(small amount) so if I won I would double it up!
    My bet was accepted!
    My bet WON!!!!
When I tried to access my account (same day) I was not able to do so!
I wanted to know why is that happening so I tried to contact their costumer service(based in Gibraltar???) on many occasions but I did not get an answer till yesterday (4 days after my first attempt)
Spoke to a lady named Ebony who explained the situation to me very politely!
"Your account has been closed for security reasons and will not be reopened!Your deposit has been canceled and respectively your bet has been canceled too!You will get your deposit back within next five working days!If you want to make a complaint please write to the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority!
    Sorry for the inconvenience caused!

    My question is :
    How is that possible??
One of the largest betting companies (sponsor of AC Milan and Real Madrid if I am not wrong)???
Have any of you been in similar situation and what would your advice be to me?
Thank you for reading and good luck everyone!

Did you send all your info upfront?

If you need some assistance with this matter please feel free to fill out a complaint form and one of us will inquire to Bwin on your behalf to find out all the details that surround your dispute sir.

A vast majority of these Bwin security complaints are when a player has more than one account.

I received your Bwin complaint, and will contact you shortly.

Even if they do, the bet should stand, since the duplicate IP/info should be caught on signup (unless they registered from a "new" IP and only bet from a duplicate one). Taking a freeroll at the player is never the correct answer.
