is legends an A book?

i have an account there and at heritage and wanted to see which book has fast withdrawal (i only do W U or M G)...seems to be alot of ppl that like heritage on here but I dont see as many posts about legends. if you have dealt with these books i'd like to hear your thoughts. thanks
