There have been a lot of slow-pays lately. Has anyone received a payout from them in the last two weeks?

#8I have emailed Justin with my situation so this isnt in addition to what he has but I will state my situation. Requested a withdrawal very beginning of March and have not gotten it Mid April now.
This is after a withdrawal i requested in November took about 4 months.
At least they have changed there withdrawal time period on website from 5-10 days to now it says 10-20 days.Comment -

#9Yes, I received a check last week . I was away on vacation so I cannot verify exactly how long it took, but it was paid out on the 9th, and received sometime later that week.Comment -

#13sad to hear. been playing there for many years - never a problem(i'm in the US). whatever they are going thru to get money to the US, will get fixxed sooner or later. for now i will not be depositing, even with the 100% bonus offer, til people in the US start getting paid faster, again. if not for SBR, i would have deposited a couple weeks ago and if i won, i'd be waiting for a payout and worrying about if i would ever see my money. good luck to those waiting, hope you see your money fast.Comment -

#17April 1st. 72 hr review period after the request, and then processed on the 4th business day supposedly. Paid out on the 9th and received sometime that week.
My recent withdrawals from SportsBetting.ag are below. I don't know exact lengths of time, but all payouts were received within a week of the payout date.
February:
- Requested: 2/7
- Paid out: 2/13 (Monday following the 72 hr review period)
March:- Requested: 3/18
- Paid out: 3/22 (First business day after the 72 hr review period)
April:- Requested: 4/1
- Paid out: 4/9 (Monday following the 72 hr review period)
I have yet to experience any payout issues with them. From time to time I'll give their CS a hard time for claiming to have tracking numbers available and not actually having them, but I've always had my money at my door within 2 weeks from the withdrawal request.Comment -

#22client for many years
I requested dozens of withdrawals for over $100k over the past five years and I never had a problem until september last year, when I requested a wire and it took three weeks to arrive. I requested three checks in March, and have received two. The other check is floating around somewhere. Who knows when I will receive it? I am not depositing anything until this is fixed. Mind you, I am in the US.Comment -

#24I have 2 withdrawals that were processed and sent to payment processor last week. I haven't heard anything from them regarding a status so I sent an email to my account host. He says they are experiencing delays and he has been advised by his management that they are now saying it will be between 20 and 63 days to get the withdrawals sent to me!! Seriously? 20-63 days-- that is totally unacceptable, but there is nothing I can do but sit and wait for the wire transfers to be sent to me. What a joke. And he had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to make a deposit with them so I don't miss any "action" while I am waiting for my wire transfers....whatever....Comment -

#2520-63 days.....
WOW.
In all honesty though, I really don't understand how these payment processors work exactly so they are probably correct with that time range. It just stinks for people trying to get there money out.Comment -

#26I'm a US player. I put in a check request on 3/11. As of today still no check. Just the usual run around with nobody having a real answer. I don't get how other books are able to pay US players and they aren't.Comment -

#27I saw last night on their site, that wire transfer is no longer an option and only withdrawal by check is. The maximum withdrawal amount by check is still listed as $2500. I sent my host an email asking about this, but have yet to receive any response.
If anyone working for SBR has any relationship with the management team over there, maybe you are able to find out what is really going on and if we are going to get our withdrawals or not. Thanks.Comment -

#29And my "host" told me he could help me with a deposit so I didn't miss out on any action while I am waiting for my wire transfers.....
Again, neither he, nor the so-called withdrawal specialist has any concrete information to provide. Yesterday they told me they are going to have a new withdrawal team working "next week" and will work with the processor at that time to clear the backlog of requests. Whatever.Comment -

#34Sportsbetting.ag needs to come clean with their US players and tell us what is going on behind the scenes. All they do is stall and give you excuse after excuse with no clear cut answer on what is being done to fix the payout issue.Comment -

#35Payments are going smooth with non US customers so it is obviously an issue with a 3rd party processor who is having trouble sending funds to the US courtesy of Uncle Sam.Comment
