Used to be you could login to Cris with your Bookmaker account and vice-versa. Anyone tried this approach? Any mirrors known for Bookmaker?

Tried my DSI login at Cris, but no go.....Like you noted, that did indeed use to work.....

I just called using phone to ask whats up. Service update! Bull!
I told them that on Sunday morning no one book should mess with updating and going down for service. He said to call in my plays if their still down when the board begins. I am not impressed. Time is MONEY!

Good guess for a football Sunday morning and all the Cris platform sites are down. Seems a little early in the season for DOS, don't folks usually get hammered with this closer to bowl games?

ya thats a good question, just call in and give ur bets. make sure u ask for the line first of the game without hinting as to who u r taking so they dont shave a point on ya, be firm, get the line first. dont let them change it on u either after u tell them who u want

Absolutely unacceptable

Completely unacceptable for this Book to be down this amount of time.

From my understanding this was not "scheduled maintenance" as I am to customer and never received notice to that effect. I would have expected an email notification of at least 24hr to 48hr to customers before any such occurrence took place so clients could have made betting adjustments accordingly. In addition, it is simply a standard in maintaining a proper line of communication and excellent customer service. Not to mention, they have interrupted service on a Sunday afternoon.

– Really I do not know what to make of this as they have not made any attempt to communicate with Customers.. Very poor decisions by Management and too late!

My trust has been lost in this Book and I will be withdrawing my bankroll ASAP for deposit in established accounts.
