BWIN first class cheaters.Bet graded winner,cancelled after 5 days. HELP !!!

yes - they tend to do this. they send no email, just less money in account.

i think re-grading is probably correct (let us know about it). so, you shouldn't be too pissed off, they just took the money you didnt win anyway. i do understand the pain of losing cash you mentally banked...

The game is AEL LIMASSOL - OLYMPIAKOS NICOSIA
The bet is placed on 1th april 16:12 pm and after the match it was graded winner.
It was cancelled on 6th april 12:21 pm

Immediately declaring them cheaters is odd. Did you phone them or contact them once clearly stating your inquiry? It's unclear from what you posted.

i dare to call them cheaters because this is not the first time they cancel my bets.I began using regularly bwin tin february and this is the third time they cancel my bets . When i have e-mailed them before , they have claimed that stupid rule "bade line" . Anyways, i have e-mailed them again this time , will update when they reply.

I wagered under 0.5 FH @ 2.35 odd at 11-th minute . I don't know if it is right or wrong.HOW can i know it ??? WHO decides which is the wright odd ??? Take a look what has written at another thread a representative of 188bet :

And for the future, as Lou said, and what should normal person do, first exchange few e-mails with the book, try to solve problem yourself, and then come here. You came here without even knowing why bet is canceled, it could have been just system error, and forum posters need to figure that out?We should waste our time figuring what happened when bwin would, if you asked, normally replied you?

It has happened to me twice before that Bwin has cancelled my bets after the match due to "bad line" ... I thought that this was reason ,but now i see that the name of home team is wrong . It should be Aris Limassol ,not AEL Limassol .

One question ... if one of team name is wrong , the bet should stand or should be cancelled ??? I mean the away name team is correct , only the home name team is wrong , the same city ( Limassol) but different teams :P 5 days to figure out that the name was wrong ??? They should prove me that they have cancelled also the LOST bets that are done on this match.

1)I have e-mailed them , but if you are a bwin costumer , you should know that they reply after one week
2) It has happened to me twice before that bwin has canceled my bets . Both cases , they claimed "bad line" . That's why i thought again this time that it was canceled due to bad line .

If you play with fire i.e. tryign to get one over a book by playing low liquidity romanian fixed footy games by spanking their lines, you will get burnt and are asking for trouble. It's just not worth it, the bookies need to protect themselves.

That being said, bwin are impossible to use for a proper punter. Poxy 200£ limits on almost anything (new accounts), very slow customer service, clunky site etc.. I think they market themselves at a lot of East Euro/3rd world types, best avoided.

i think they probably did cancel the lost bets also.
i was once on losing side at their merged partner, and had the bet cancelled and money returned.
