    Bovada - won't pay me my winnings (Old April thread)
    HELLO EVERYONE!!! PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT BOVADA NO LONGER PAYS!!!!

    I requested a payout on Feb. 25th via ***** ***** and as of today I still haven't gotten it. I am going to copy and paste some of the emails I have gotten from them.

    After 15 business days had past and no wire sent to me, this is what I was told:

    Dear Ms. Dunn,

    Thanks for contacting Bovada Casino Customer Service.



    We are sorry to hear that you have not received your payout as yet and are happy that you have contacted us so that we can assist you.

    A review of your account has shown that your $4000 payout with Payout Reference Number ***** requested on February 25, 2012 was processed and approved for $3950 on the very same day. We do understand that you were expecting your payout and would like to assure you that you should be receiving your payment very soon.

    The payout timeframe of 15 business days which is provided at the time of approval is the estimated timeframe in which the payout is normally delivered. The payout can at times arrive a few days before or after this timeframe.

    We hope the information provided has clarified any concerns you have had regarding your payout and invite you to contact us if there are any further concerns.

    We would like to take this time to congratulate you on your winnings.


    After this email I got several more just like it. Then they said they needed a copy of my bank statement.
    Should you still have discrepancies after this point, we have to suggest sending us a copy of your Bank Statement for the period dating February 25, 2012 to tomorrow March 20, 2012. You may either fax or scan and email this information over to us for verification purposes. The available number for faxing is 1 888 743 2269.


    Needless to say I've sent them everything they have asked for and I still haven't gotten paid. The lastest story is that the trace on the wire shows it was successful. However, they won't supply me with documentation supporting this or even give me all the details that my bank said they needed to do a trace on there end.

    I think the bottom line is that BOVADA WILL NO LONGER PAY YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!

    DON'T GETTING SCAMMED.. DON'T DEPOSIT INTO BOVADA..

      I know!!! And to be honest I can't believe it. When they were Bodog I got numerous cashout with no problems. Now all the sudden I am getting the run around and getting Fuc>>>!!!!

        file a complaint with SBR .. hopefully they`ll help u even though bodog pays them good sponsor $$ lol

        also I hope Calvin the owner of bodog along with blowjob becky gets a life sentence to jail and ends up being someones bitch can`t stand that theif

          Thanks for sharing. Sometimes processing issues occur; it sucks, but from what it sounds like, a trace was put on already. We'll help confirm where the process is, if you will take the time to submit this form.

              Do you know how many players they have? Google the model of your laptop and see if more bad or good reviews come up on search engine results for posting forums. Less than 1% of active online gamblers use these forums. The overwhelming majority of users want to blog about a problem, not leave a favorable review.

                    I'm going through the same problems... They have sent in crowd control to calm me down... "an agent to make me feel better about no funds"....

                    Approved March 28th 2012


                    April 26 2012.... No funds..... Thats 19 business days


                    21 one excluding their holiday bullcrap...


                    I will never use Bovada again... All the agents do is lie and say they can't help you and just be patient...


                    Don't get me started on the supervisors... Nicole and Abigail tell you the same crap over and over....


                    Thanks alot Bovada for make people Late on their Mortgage.... Should have never betted, let alone betted with you guys...

                          How many players does Pinny/Bookmaker/Legends/Heritage/Greek have? Why don't we hear about those books slowpaying?

                          The fact that Bovada has an A rating really hurts the credibility of SBR.

                            i'm in the same boat. getting strung along, lame excuses. DO NOT PLAY AT BOVADA. They will not pay you. Shame on me....knew better but trying to keep other guys from making the same mistake.

                                          A month is unnacceptable to wait on your funds. I don't care what kind of problem they have it shouldn't take more than a week to pay someone if they have the funds.

                                                Well Bovada, the problem is that when I do call Customer Service, you can't even give me a precise update on the payout. Customer Service has no idea where my $ is at. You have no tracking #, no means of letting me know how far a long the transaction's at. All you do is give me two excuses, It takes around 15 business days, and you'll get it shortly. What does this mean when it's already past 15 business days and shortly? Is that another week or two? I have a lot of $ being handle and I would feel a lot safer if I knew exactly where it's at!

                                                    Same dog and pony show we've seen from this outfit for the past few years. There is absolutely no reason whatsoever to play at this book. The reason we play is to get paid....a book that takes a month+ to pay is not a book you should even consider. American players should look other places, such as bookmaker, etc. They may have some off lines, but you will get paid very quickly and that is the important thing here. And as far as the SBR rating system is concerned, be very careful accepting it at face value. There is no objectivity when a company rates another company who also contributes financially to the business doing the rating.

                                                                      I have been waiting 14 business days for a check so far. I'm not complaining on my behalf yet but it is about time sbr gets to the bottom of this and gives us a statement on why people are waiting so long to get paid. An A rated book should not take 20 business days to pay.
