HELLO EVERYONE!!! PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT BOVADA NO LONGER PAYS!!!!
I requested a payout on Feb. 25th via ***** ***** and as of today I still haven't gotten it. I am going to copy and paste some of the emails I have gotten from them.
After 15 business days had past and no wire sent to me, this is what I was told:
Dear Ms. Dunn,

We are sorry to hear that you have not received your payout as yet and are happy that you have contacted us so that we can assist you.
A review of your account has shown that your $4000 payout with Payout Reference Number ***** requested on February 25, 2012 was processed and approved for $3950 on the very same day. We do understand that you were expecting your payout and would like to assure you that you should be receiving your payment very soon.
The payout timeframe of 15 business days which is provided at the time of approval is the estimated timeframe in which the payout is normally delivered. The payout can at times arrive a few days before or after this timeframe.
We hope the information provided has clarified any concerns you have had regarding your payout and invite you to contact us if there are any further concerns.
We would like to take this time to congratulate you on your winnings.
After this email I got several more just like it. Then they said they needed a copy of my bank statement.
Should you still have discrepancies after this point, we have to suggest sending us a copy of your Bank Statement for the period dating February 25, 2012 to tomorrow March 20, 2012. You may either fax or scan and email this information over to us for verification purposes. The available number for faxing is 1 888 743 2269.
Needless to say I've sent them everything they have asked for and I still haven't gotten paid. The lastest story is that the trace on the wire shows it was successful. However, they won't supply me with documentation supporting this or even give me all the details that my bank said they needed to do a trace on there end.
I think the bottom line is that BOVADA WILL NO LONGER PAY YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!
