As you may have noticed, the forum was offline for a period. We identified a security incident to Sportsbook Review Forum and took the site offline as a containment step while we investigated.
We wanted to make sure the system and site were restored and secured before bringing things back online and you will see that we are requiring all forum users to reset their password as a precautionary step.
If you have any questions, our moderators are around and happy to help where they can.
I'd like to know this as well, strange they are not offered.

I remember Bodog (i.e., Bovada) did but I haven't played there in years.

I fondly remember when Pinnacle had AA Eastern League. Sides and over/unders.They took decent sized wagers too. $300 limit, but you could bet more another 5 minutes later after a small price change. Used to make going to the ballpark fun with a nickel or a dime of action. Went to 20 or so games a year. After Pinnacle shut down to US in '07, I haven't been to a game since. Pretzel and beer concessions lost about 1k in yearly sales from me thanks to UIGEA.
