    Extreme slowpaying BetPhoenix
    So I've been waiting for a payout of just under £3k for around 3 months now. I first requested the payout to my moneybookers account just before New Year, and I am still being given excuses.

    First of all they were going to pay me to my moneybookers account and as they can supposedly only transfer $2.5k per week apparently this had to be sent in two batches. I was told to come back after a few days and place the second request for the remainder of my balance; I did this and then both requests constituting my full balance were in place and I was told 10-14 business days. Fine. Then mid Jan I come back to them as nothing has hit my moneybookers, they tell me they are having problems with their "processor" it should be anytime now. No surprise we hit February, still nothing, the weeks and livechat sessions requesting my money go by, they keep telling me "processor problems" they around mid February I get a message saying contact customer services. I do so, they now tell me they can't send via moneybookers so could they send via bank transfer. I give them the details and make the requests, once again being told $2.5k limit, so I need to come back to place the request for the remainder! I do so, and both requests are in.

    By the middle of march I still haven't received the bank transfer, and finally after multiple live chats my balance there seems to deplete by $2.5k, so I think great, finally they have sent something...but no I am still waiting, and yesterday they tell me the bank transfer ran into issues, so they will be sending from a different account, so first batch will be with me next Monday!! the next batch hasn't even been taken from my balance yet and will be 10-14 days from the 20th of March, then x amount of time from then on no doubt!

    What is going on with this book? Is there anything I can do expediate my payment?

      you will probably get your money, but betphoenix has been slowpaying customers for a while now,
      last time i've deposited there was at least 1-2 years ago, and I never went back when it took about 2-3 weeks to process a neteller withdrawal

      if i were you i would file a complaint

            You should call and ask to speak to Fred, I have been dealing with Pheonix and Mania for 7 yrs and "Fred" who is a manager there , will get things done.

              Is Richard the manager too or is it better to deal with Fred?

                I know Fred is a manager who has been there at least 8 yrs, hes fair and makes sure customers get paid.

                  Thanks to everyone for the replies.

                  I will give them until Monday, their supposed 'it will definitely be in your account by then' date and if not I will raise a complaint here as mentioned.

                      I always got paid here, but when Richard left and the ewallets were difficult for them I had to leave.

                        Me too, but I just started back playing with them again because I'm able to make deposit again without the Ewallet and the cs seems to have improved since new management. I hope the payout will improve too if I'm lucky enough to request one in the future.

                            I stopped playing with them and Betrio years ago after going through the same type of slow pay nightmare.....scumbag book that people should never send another penny to. Hope you get paid eventually.

                              Replying to this tread so it will be in the "my posts" sections of SBR.

                              Anyway, I still have over $140K of a roll over left to complete at BetPhoenix. I have been working on this rollover since April 2010. I sure wish there was a time limit where they would just zero out the roll over, lol.

                              I sure have learned my lesson on managing roll overs better.

                              I have a vested interest in this thread and I hope it all works out.
