I am having the same problem.They have also told me next wednesday which will be 10days. Also a moneybookers withdrawal.

One incident is curious. Two is a pattern. I encourage you to file a complaint, so we can get all the specifics.

Why? There are more stupid threads started about this book usually by people who have very few posts. I have yet to see a non- payment complaint from betonline have any validity but if anyone can point to any threads I would like to see them.

Please post a copy of the email here. I would love to see them telling you they will have the money later as well. I quit using them a year ago because their level of service went from a 7 to a 3 in a matter of a couple months.

TO be fair to BOL did ask me if I wanted to use neteller instead but I asked how long that would take
and haven't recieved an answer yet.
The payout has already left my account so i am not sure why it will be another five days for moneybookers.

the problem is probably the method you are requesting not that they have no money. ive had it with them before. maybe they've had a lot of moneybookers withdraws lately and need to move some money into moneybookers. as other posters have said you will get paid

Sportbook have a pay out rules. If according to rules sportbook pay with 36 hours, then it mast be so. No other option! May be I understand some thing not correct in this life, but if I promise some one something, I mast do this or die. No other option! For betonline normal ignore own rules, give customer 4 broken promises pay.... May be some one find this normal, not I. This is behavior not the worthy "A" raiting sportbook!

It takes about 10 minutes to withdraw up to $3000 from Pinnacle. I am wondering why is that Pinny is never short of money and many other bookies struggle so much? Is that because their owners are overspending and financially not disciplined?

Pinnacle, bet365 and SBO work like clock. Even Betfair is not that fast with payouts.

To be fair, from most places (there are a couple of UK/AU specific options with netbanking) you can do it instantly with a CC and a 3% charge. I suspect that's not how merchants are funding and there's a 3-5 day processing time for regular bank deposits.

Yes, sure I wouldn't expect them to use credit_cards to fund Moneybookers but I would have thought they'd have bank accounts in places where they could use the equivalent of POLi which we can use in Australia to instantly transfer funds at no cost?

Betonline is out of pay out time frame, now they confirm that have funds at moneybookers account to pay and still not sent funds to me. I think in this situation betonline need pay urgently!

Peppering live chat may just add to the headache. Since you filed the complaint with SBR, allow us a little time to connect with a manager to ask on why the payout is a couple days late.
