That's common for a book in the uncommon event that a wire doesn't make it. Shoot em a scan or a fax and they should rush you another.

Yeah Winner, as Bill said that's quite normal. Unfortunately the gambling industry brings out a few dodgy types who claim they didn't receive a wire try to get double paid when in actual fact they did so to prevent that, books simply want to verify those details and then they'll make sure you get another one as quickly as possible. It's a bit of a pain but when you look at it from their side, it makes sense. Let us know when you get it!
