Hey guys the other day I was a little pissed with Heritage and we disputed for a few days over bonus. We finally agreed to disagree and I played through and got my 100 up to about 3k. When I requested my payout on Monday I dealt with Jimmy who is a supervisor and he was awesome. Not only did he give me my p2p payout free because of our problem prior,but he got me the control number in just a few hours. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. I never thought they were a bad book nor do I now. They did a great job salvaging our relationship and they will get all of my business that 5Dimes doesnt get.
