Some background - I have been with Betonline for the past several years - only requested a very limited amount of withdrawals (the last probably atleast a year ago) - I made some deposits on 3/10 and got one free play bonus - then lost those and sent some more funds 3/23 - I won and now would like to have a payout but Betonline is showing my RO requirement of $95,000!! And no one in live chat can help - they only say that I have to email and wait - no one can even tell me why this RO is so high or what I can do - I have missed today's payout timeframes and wanted to see if anyone else has had any issues such as this? The only thing I can think is this is based on the entire history of the account (the rollover amount) and I thought any RO requirement was only based on current, winning bonuses. HELP!

I had an obscene amount showing for a rollover as well. My current balance is 0 so I got on live chat and they said "It must be a software issue"
If your account is at 0 and you deposit with 0 bonus no rollover required. If you take the bonus the rollover will start on what you deposit. They do not retroactively make you complete your rollover. The software is ****** up thoughComment
