What's more something's strange: i've sent them an email but didn't receive the automatic message/answer as usual ? Is their problem so serious that they don't receive emails too?

It could just be that their server is down. It happens... I wouldn't get alarmed.

I can see NCAAB, UEFA, NHL... are they not showing for you?

i couldn't see them so went on live chat and Lars explained me that could be due to the fact i didn't use internet explorer. Indeed, i was using Mozilla (that worked before with mozilla but it seems it doesn't for now). I've tried with internet explorer and indeed it works now.
