I understand that.. but if he looked at the details instead of giving me shit, itd be a pretty clear cut case.

And yeah... when someone got a hold of my info at Heritage.. they gave me a new acccount #, a new password, and made me call in all bets until I got it straightened out.

There was a keylogger on my old computer and it got ALL my info... I threw the computer away and got a new laptop... and i changed my password several times, but I guess i didn't change it at 5dimes like I thought I did...

Yes... I've compiled the information, but Tony closed my account anyway.

Like he said... I'm up huge lifetime on them (mid-5 figures) so I'm probably not exactly one of his favorite customers.

Don't even care about the $$ that much... Definitely would never piss away my whole account on a casino that wasn't even open.

And yes.. someone has a personal vendetta against me... They wagered several parlays that had no chance of winning just to wipe out my account on Heritage.... They researched it, found out that it COULDN'T have been me.... and actually helped me out. I thought this asshole was done screwing with me, but apparently, he wasn't.

They made $1000 of soccer parlays under my name on heritage.

They made 3 $400 soccer plays on my account at bet islands..... and he actually won 2 of them but I asked them to be cancelled.

They go on my 5dimes account and blow a lot of money in the 5dimes casino.

It's memorizing and I don't get why this is happening.

It's nice to hear a story about a person being up lifetime against a book! Few and far between. But, nothing personal against you... I just don't believe the story. I think people love to post chat scripts about Tony because of how straight to the point he is... it's kind of out of the ordinary but... he only does this because he is 100% sure of himself. Yes, possibly slightly headstrong... but also accurate. If you can't control this IP address/hacking situation... you should stop gambling... furthermore... you might want to close your checking/savings account too... why is this individual just hitting your gambling accounts and not bank accounts? Doesn't make sense.

I don't access my bank accounts on my computer....I use my phone for all bills and don't really check my accounts very often anyway. I don't buy anything on the internet unless I have to....so I guess I'm just lucky in that aspect.

Tonys always been an Asshole to me....just this weekend someone screwed up grading a bet....and he insisted I was wrong until 10 minutes of arguing he realised I was right.

And bill & Lou have told me the same thing about stopping gambling until I get it straightened out... I thought I did cause nothing happened since January but I guess I was wrong. The weird thing was that I cashed out more then 10k in January at 5dimes and this person didn't do shit then.

Guys I normally would have been sitting in the same boat not believing the story. However someone managed hack three of my accounts doing similar recently. AND!! managed to call my CC company and change my address. Then a week later he reported the card stolen ordered a new one and started using it lol. So in the off chance this is legit advice to OP:

1) Check the IP logs on your email address. I found my gmail was being accessed (likely the cause of my problem).
2) Make sure scans you sent to betting sites are not stored in sent email box.
3) download and run scans with malwarebytes.
4) Change passwords of everything you can think of but do not type them. Copy and paste random stuff into note pad (including special charters). From there change up to different combinations and put in a list format changing your passwords via copy and paste. Then with a pen write down in order what password is what. #1 is, #2 is etc and put that in wallet. Also print the list and toss it in safe. In future to log in take the key of what goes where from your wallet and then copy and paste.
5) check that all your ************, and betting sites still use your own address.

Of course the story sounds fishy, but why would someone do this?
Casino is fast - get lucky in casino, dump exact amount won to accomplice in poker, leave balance what it was, no one noticed and you get away with the hack.

If several accounts were hacked, you might check your computer for a keylogger. But most criminals sophisticated enough to run this type of infiltration don't do it just to screw with someone -- they do it ti make money. Unless they are playing poker, there is no way to move your money around in the casino.

It was a keylogger on my old computer...... Once I found out about it, I threw it in the trash and bought a new laptop.

I have no idea who I pissed off, but they have it out to get me.

You know alot about computers, correct Justin? Could it have been someone in Europe despite the IP saying Riverview, Florida? I know nothing about this sort of thing, but whenever they tried to hack any of my accounts... it was almost always between 3:30 Am and 8:30 AM..... And the previous attempts of hacking were bet on Italian Soccer leagues.....

As a matter of fact... Can anyone on here please find out info about the following info I have on this person:

- IP Address: 71.46.209.
- IP Address: 65.41.132.236
- Phone #: 4076150745 (Heritage gave me this # as the hacker called them trying to do a transfer and the managers caught him red handed as they know me personally and knew it wasn't me.)

If it was anyone else the story would be marginal at best. But with OP I have no problem accepting his story as the truth. With that said, I still have to side with Tony here. Granted he doesnt beat around the bush and can come off like a dick, but he doesnt waste anyone's time and gets straight to the point. Even if it's confirmed from the IP that this all took place from a location in FL and/or an IP that has never been used to log-in before so what? You got to look at it from the books point of view. Who's to say you didnt take a vacation and access your account while your down there or call a buddy and have him access your acct in order to take a shot at the book claiming "hacked" if you lose.

Again, I'm sure that's not the case here at all and I 100% believe OP, but that's not the issue. OP states he's had this happen multiple times and he someone has a vendetta against him. How is that the books fault/problem? Your computer and/or email accts are/were obviously compromised. That sounds like a Brian Laverty problem, not a 5D problem.

It sucks the money is lost and I feel for you, but Tony is 100% right here. Granted he could've shown a little more empathy, but we all know that isnt going to happen. After calling him a smartass and the fact your up 5 figures over a long period of time pretty made closing your acct inevitable.

This thread was not in anyway a formal complaint or anything, as I know my chances are none that I'll ever see this $$$ again. I made the thread to show was an ass Tony really can be.... Brian, sorry to hear avbout this terrible incident. I hope it was not to Much in losses. If you have a long term consistent history the right thing would be to give you a little somewthing. I dont believe you are a Scammer... I remember you had a 100K run off a $200 deposit at Bethorizon and they were paying you there max withdrawals per month on there CC deposit policy... still a hell of a run for me to still remember it. I recall you turned right around ontop of it and hit them for like 20k on a triple crown hit... that was you right. Anyway, you dont need the money and obviuosly are just asking for a little sympathy. I would fricking wipe that hard drive and try and figure out what exactly what happened. If it is a Euro Ip it is easy to find out but many times these criminals use cloakers which you can also confirm with a little research... does not mean T. is gonna do anything for you still. Hell,not even a $500 freeplay or something, that guys is rolling in dough and you have been a long term good customer, who cares if you are up on them a little... it is the point. Good luck... you never know, he might change his mind if you do some Corey1111 posting volume, just do not make any threats, T. would not take it well. Hey, man... your in a tough spot. I completely understand the fact you are trying to get paid and this has been an effecctive method in the past for some posters I will not name... but I have heard through the grape vine they are going to have some (more) problems when full low season kicks in... I recently also heard through the grape vine that they have recently had trouble meeting payroll on time... which after cutting, firing or laying 90% of your staff in the last year does not bode well when low season is full on. Good luck though, wish you the best but you might have to take what we refer to in New york as a hair cut... in fact I would try and settle for less as soon as possible and maybe walk away with 50 or 60 cents on the dollar. Will be better than nothing if they go belly up...

I've been meaning to write a post about these guys... but haven't had a chance until today. I've been in this industry for a long time now and have accounts at around 25+ books.... And while they may not be THE best in the industry, BetHorizon is definitely much closer to an A+ book then most A and B books.

I'm not really sure why they don't get as much publicity as other books do, but they are definitely one of the most underrrated books out there right now.

- They have solid lines.... (10 cent lines on MLB up to -200 i think)

- They are right up there with bookmaker and 5Dimes when it comes to betting options... especially on the major American sports.

- They have overnight ** payouts... fast bank wires.

- AND THEY DON'T LIMIT YOU.

I deposited 200 on there to try it out with a 20% bonus on 3/21... Im up to about 70k in my account and they have shown me nothing but respect the whole way.... They haven't limited me at all (there limits aren't as high as a Pinnacle or Bookmaker... but 3k max limits on MLB and NBA are fine with me.....). I have talked to pretty much everyone at the company and they have are all pleasant and haven't given me any attitude at any time..... Thats something that is very rare in Costa Rican books these days. I get my weekly payouts and they don't have a problem or give me shit because I'm winning at all. Its a relief to see a book like this still around....

In comparison, I turned 75 dollars into 7k on BetMania in about a two week span a few months ago and they limited me to 100 dollars on everything except 500 on NBA sides and totals....

While I'm probably gonna appear like a shill in this thread, I felt like this book really deserved the recognition that they should get. They are a very solid book, and definitely don't get the recognition they reserve. B books should be the JustBet's and BetOnline's of the betting world.... ones who don't have much for betting options, betting limits and are a little above average but nothing special... I just feel like BetHorizon is definitely a step above these average B books......

As an after thought, now that Heritage took them over... you would think they deserve an upgrade as well.... is long over do if this is how they ran their business and because of this reputation it is why Heritage would even bother to consider taking them over considering Heritage had such a high level of standards... I just do not get the rating system sometimes. Heritage is now an A and Bethorizon is basically the same thing as Heritage, same software, same CSD, same Lines, same mangement, same fast payout, sam financial strength...The only differnence really is the name, they should get an upgrade as well. Hell, it looks like they have never not paid a customer and they only had that little hickup with those MoneyBooker Euro sharps which they paid every single customer.... structured yes but still paid. They took a beating on that Euro sheet... but honest and professional IMHO. Hell , they could of pulled a BET911but didnt, they took there lumps and moved on. Hell of a year you had...
