If it's even, you're 150 to win 100 on the ML, 130.95 to win 119.05 at +3.5. Risk 30.95 to win 219.05. This needs to hit 12.4%. 2 and 3 are each about a 4% push, 1 is a little less. Don't think this is +EV

.-150 is a decent ML for a 3.5 spead (assuming the line doesn't lean more towards 3...), but with your middle you would just pay the juice for +3.5. Either way, middles are like arbs, if you play only the value line of the 2 (if it exists and you can identify it), you would do better.
