I like the format of the contest - not the usual bracket thing.

What I don't like is what I was told in chat about rollover.

Suppose one has a balance of 2000 and wins 1000 in this contest. ( I forget whether it's cash or free play)

I was told in chat that there would be a 5x = 5000 rollover before a withdraw could be made.

( if it's free play , is it 5000 regardless of the amount won from the free play or is it 5x the amt won from the free play?)

But the big question is about one's balance before the contest started being subject to the rollover. That's what I was told in chat. That seems harsh. If, while trying to complete rollover, one's balance goes down to the amount before the contest prize was applied ( i.e. all contest money lost), I don't think we should continue to owe rollover before being able to withdraw from what was the balance prior to the contest.

HHSilver,

Let me clarify, rollover would only be considered on the prize portion. There is no rollover of your cash balance required. We will review the chat history and clarify this for our staff.

Cash balance has never been subject to rollover in any of our contests.

Hope this clarifies this for you and we'll address this internally.

I know I clearly asked that in chat and was told it was the way I described above.

In fact, after he told me about it I said , "so if i am doing well in the contest, I should hurry and do a withdraw before the contest ends" . ---- He agreed.

That is cool! hey Heritage Insider, maybe you should revise the fricken rules. Only one entry per family, per e-mail address or mailing address or per person will be eligible to win prizes. If more than one entry registration is submitted, the contestant will be disqualified.

Prizes

The second entry is for customers that have played with Heritage this past season and given "x" number of plays. They will get credit for their highest point total and get the higher prize amount.

The lower score entry will not be considered in the final standings so not to affect other entrants prizes.

turns out I did get a second one. Took ages to fill out, though.

I did the first, and then when I tried to submit the second, I got an error. So I had to go an re-enter the whole thing all over again (time-consuming because each team has a drop down and you have to assign them a number).
