Books with the exact same betting layout and lines
Can anyone clarify this for a newb?

Ive spent hours looking through other sites for a replacement for 5dimes, then found http://www.chinesebookie.com/ and http://www.betanysports.com/ which are exactly the same as 5d.

Ive seen this quite a bit, where several books have the same page setup and lines, are they connected to the same parent company?

Sorry, I clicked on the SBR page for them, and yes, both have 5D as the parent company.

Would they be run by the same site managers? ie Tony? Is someone is barred from 5D, could they join the others?

I think those were separate until recently, but 5dimes gobbled them up. Do a search from the SBR front page, you'll get news on them.

Here is the scoop on these books.

        8/11/2008 01:33 PM

ChineeseBookie, VietBet and BetAnySports leave YouWager, join 5Dimes Group
The sportsbook staff is currently importing account details to the 5Dimes (SBR rating A) platform. All players should be able to access their chinesebookie (SBR rating B-), VietBet (SBR rating B) and BetAnySports (SBR rating B) through these websites, or through 5Dimes.com, by tomorrow morning. SBR will reevaluate the sportsbook properties after observing the migration process and discussing company structure with 5Dimes. 5Dimes ownership tells SBR that the Asian-servicing sportsbooks are fully backed by 5Dimes.

The question is can you bet more than $10 at these places, if you join, if 5dimes has you at $10 limits?

Did you have an account with any of those books prior to the merger Mr.Frank?
