BetBoo player waits for his funds via Moneybookers

A BetBoo (SBR rating D) player files a withdrawal complaint. On January 19th, 2012, the player requested a withdrawal for £419. The player received a generic email telling him to expect his funds within 72 hours. BetBoo failed to make the payment in this time-frame. The player is waiting for his funds via Moneybookers. The player states that he has sent numerous emails to the sportsbook without receiving a reply.

On January 25th, 2012, SBR published a report asking BetBoo players to share their withdrawal feedback. A BetBoo player wrote that a €1,000 withdrawal requested three weeks prior was delayed. That player has since been paid.

BetBoo players that wish to share their feedback on the sportsbook's payment times, customer service, or who have other items to discuss are asked to write to SBR.

Betboo is a joke! Stay out of there everybody! Delay in payments, voided bets, short limits after a few winning bets... SBR rating D is a gift for them!

Same thing happened to me, they didn't respond to mails, in the end, it turn out that they needed my documents for first withdrawal. After that they paid me. So try with sending documents.

Well, first I was waiting about 14 days, in that period I asked them twice why withdrawal is so slow, didnt get response. Then I contacted Justin7, and he told me they need my documents.After sending documents it took maybe another 5 days before my withdrawal was processed.After that, second withdrawal was much faster(day or two), but still I wouldnt recommend Betboo.

Same happen to me, had to send my documents i took then a week or so to verefy my account, the withdraw then took 2 days.
