I remember an obscure book but forgot its name... it was a very basic login page without any possibility to sign up, and it was somehow "greek" styled if I remember correctly (not the greek, ofc). I searched the forums for it and found like 1 thread with 1 reply.

since nearly everyone on here would think bitcoin is under the radar - btcsportsbet.com is the oldest bitcoin sportsbook, been with them a year and never an issue. also the sister site btcsportsmatch is an exchange but not much volume so a little hard to get action there.
