Checks are bouncing from Sportsbetting!!!

Do not cash checks or take out money at this time. I had 2 checks that bounced from this group. I deposited them 9/5 and 9/11. Dates on the checks are 9/2 and 9/8....

I have several other pending withdrawals from 9/11 and 9/8.

DO NOT CASH YOUR CHECKS AT THIS TIME. I don't think anyone will be getting checks b/c my 2 are pending for the above dates.

They have requested that I get them copies of the 2 checks and they claim they will put the money back in my account.

I will keep everyone updated as I move through this process.

Bottom line is online gaming is done in the US don't even bother with it. To many stressed out days and nights.

Sorry to hear that cinpls081. As you've read in a couple other threads and corresponded with me, I'm in the same boat. I've got 5 pending withdrawals and a ton of money there yet to pull out. Do you think we'll ever get our money? I'm worried sick.

Yes we will get our money. i've been down this road before and been where you have been as well.
Here is the deal...in the US its very hard for these places to get money to US players due to the laws that our government has put in place. ITS ILLEGAL end of story. The hoops that these places have to go through are very difficult etc. I suggest just holding tight and doing the following. Get your money back into your account....DO NOT BET AT ALL. Once you see that the checks are coming again by testing them out with a small withdrawal 50 dollars etc then put in for all of your money.....this could take a while but in the end we will get paid. These places want to pay..(well you know what I mean)

What happened with your bounced checks did they put the money back into your account? DO NOT PUT IN FOR ANY CHECKS AT THIS TIME TRUST ME ON THIS ONE.

Thanks for the info. No...money not back into my account. The first two that bounced last week were supposed to be immediately reissued and mailed to me on 09/10/08 after my contacting them on 09/09/08 about the bounced checks. I haven't received anything yet. My other 2 pending withdrawals from 09/06, and 09/08 are still 'pending' and haven't even been processed yet...

Here's another dumb question... If these withdrawals eventually do show up and I take them to my bank to deposit them, what do I say if my bank asks what the check is or where is it from? They are very nosy and claim they need to know origins of certain checks to make sure they are legit... pretty ridiculous.

The bank shouldnt be asking you that, IF you dont need the money right on the spot let the bank put a "hold" on the check thats what washington mutual will do for my out of country checks usually clears in 5-7 days. (ps. I wouldnt tell my bank these out of country checks are from Wagering websites nothing good can come of it.)

Thanks teaserpleaser. My bank acts all high and mighty on checking validity of checks. When I deposit and they ask, what would be a good response to what the checks are...any ideas? I know they shouldn't ask, but they always do in situations where the origins of the checks are a bit unknown...

Too late for me on not requesting.....just put in for a payout yesterday. I asked today if I could cancel the request and have the money put back into my account. They told me no, because I had requested it over 24 hours before. I would have thought they would want me to put the money back in and play with it?

Will just have to sit and wait...

Tell the bank due its a rebate from a credit card. Who cares or just open an account with bank of america or Wahington Mu.

These are in the country checks. AGAIN any pending checks will be the problem here I have been through this before..

The bottom line is those checks will take months to get. In the end they will just redeposit into our accounts.

GET THE MONEY IN YOUR ACCOUNT. There was a message when I logged on about bank wire option available this money...THis is the option to go for IMO.

This problem will take months to clear up.

Thats tru, i have gotten 2 out of my 3 checks from sportsbook.com, they have both cleared, one of them was from Canada. the C.S. on that check told me that if there is a problem, then just say its a rebate check from something I bought on e-bay and that i wasn't happy with and thats my rebate check. My bank which is a credit union has not contacted me of anything, always deposit your check through the ATM machine( the machine doesn't ask questions LOL

My best guess is that check will not show up. I would suggest trying to get those funds put back in your account at this time. I've been down this road before and know how this whole thing works. You will get paid don't waste your time being upset or worried...

My check bounced and now I have to get a copy of the bounced check and show them my bank statement that it was returned. I deposited another check last week and I have another one on the way, I hope those do not bounce.
