Friend Moving to USA needs help selecting a Book
    1. My friend wants to know if there are any safe books out there right now for US players or are all books for US players at risk at the moment?

    2. If all books for US players are at risk, are there any books that he can use with his Canadian banking info and then place the bets within the US?

If I were he, I'd maintain my Canadian address and join up with the best non-US serving books.

Now, whether they will all detect and block access from within the US is the issue. I know BetFair will. Not sure about Pinancle, Greek, SBO, Matchbook etc. but would be interested to know.

Pinnacle does because he had that happen 2 years ago when he moved to the US for some time.

Can you prearrange this with a book?

He should keep a canadian bank account and associate it with a PO BOX. Then buy a VPN or VPS with a canadian IP to access the book/bank account/e-wallet. He should use Pinnacle.

You don't need a Canadian IP except for SBO and Betfair but it's quite easy to set one up remotely.

No I am perfectly happy living in Canada. Nice try though.

Pinnacle blocked him when he accesed the site from an American IP.

                Nevada is his only choice.
