Best books/exchanges for in-play/live cricket betting

I have still to find ones that offer low odds and live in-play betting.

Betfair - only option so far.
Bet365 - Great offerings but 10% commission on live betting!!
Betdaq - promising but low liquidity
BetVictor - decent odds sometimes
Pinnacle - doesnt offer enough cricket betting and doesnt have live inplay either (except world cup).

Has anyone found a decent book.

BTW - I am in UK.
