Lost a bet that shouldn't even exist, do i have a case ?
In the 74th min of the football (soccer) match i've made a live bet that no goals would be scored between the 60:01 and 75:00 min. My bookie after changed the goal time of the goal that was scored previously from 60th to 61st min and now my bet is lost. If the goal have been scored in the 61st min than my bet (goal to be scored between 60:01 and 75:00) shouldn't even exist in the 74th min. Do i have a case to claim this bet as a void, 'cause i sincerely doubt my bookie would pay me if i made an opposite bet (that a goal would be scored) (at that nice @7 it was in 74th min).

700 EUR loss is just too much for a part time gambler like me to lose in this way, this is a pure entrapment.

Please explain it to me where was i cheating. If they offer me @1.05 with 1 min to go and i take it where is the cheating, why couldn't a goal be scored in that time (unfortunately it happened to me a few times). If the bookie is offering a price why couldn't i take it ?

I really don't wanna say yet (why trashing a perfectly good bookie if they still could resolve this as it should be and that is a void), i just wanted to know if i have a case ? I'll send my bookie a mail and i'll wait a few days for an answer (i've seen a bookie cancelling bet after 2 days so i'm still hoping)

I was only asking because the sportsbook itself will depend on if you have a chance at getting your money back. A legitimate book will see this was an error and refund your money. However if you're dealing with a notorious scam book, chances are you'll have more trouble. If nothing is resolved in a few days and you'd like SBR to look into it for you, fill out a Dispute Form. Good luck

It is a legitimate Euro bookie, so i 'm still hoping i won't need to fill that form.

                Thanks for the help Shari

What was the official time of the goal, and in what game ? Also depends what site they use to settle from as well as an "official" result

Good news, the issue is resolved, they changed the time of the goal back to 60th min. and marked my bet as a win.
