Betfred stole my money!!!!

Hello, I have an account in BetFred, I am sorry I had an account. I have made a deposit via my moneybookers account for 2020 EUR, I have placed it on WBA - Sunderland WBA to win, I have won and I have 2640 winnings. So I have 4660 EUR in my account. In the same day I have received an email from betfred that I have to provide them with documents. I have sent the everything they want. My ID, proof of address and etc. Today I have received an email:
Thank you for supplying us with the requested documentation.

We regret to inform you however, that as a result of discrepancies with the details you have provided we have found it necessary to close your account.

It is our policy to protect our customers against any type of online fraud and also to prevent any abuse of our terms and conditions with regards to casino bonuses.

We are not implying that you are involved in any of the above activities, but under the circumstances, if we feel that we cannot obtain satisfactory conclusions from our internal investigations we have no other option than for your account to remain closed.

Any remaining internal funds will be returned to the payment method used for deposit.





I have contacted them and they told me that they will return me if they want only my deposit. Please help me!

My documents are ok, I have sent them everything they want. Proof of address, copy of my ID, screenshot of my moneybookers account with their transaction. Everything!!! Everyone knows what this is about!! They just dont want to give my winnings and find a solution with account verification. They told me that they will not agree to open me an account in betfred, but they already did it and accept my deposit and my bet. If I have lost I am 100 % sure that my account will be still open. Betfred are B-, they has to be D-.

I am angry, I am very angry because they can do whatever they want, they can close your account without a reason, they can cancel your bets, your winnings just because they want, they can do everything and we can DO NOTHING about that. We all use SBR coz we're aware the"power" SBR may have face to bookmakers, who don't appreciate to have too much bad advertising on the net... So should Betfred not to return Jane her deposit + deposit, i wouldn't understand that SBR doesn't downgrade them to E !!! That's scandalous what Betfred permits to do! Unless of course they have good reasons to, but in that case, what are they waiting to provide good reasons ? ("not happy with your documents" is a bit "light" as a good reason!)

Like you, I have my doubts though. "My friend's profile" does indeed whiff. The odds also look a bit strange. EUR 2020 to win EUR 2640 means odds of 2.3069 (+131) whereas Betfred always had higher odds than that. Betfred's odds for this match were the best of anyone on Thursday morning but after that they did not exactly stand out.

False ... 'something isnt good with documents' could mean a myriad of things, many which the GGC could consider a reason to not interfere/involve themselves

Time frame was less then day, so they must allow her some more time.But if she send false documents already it is totally different thing.

Look, I use my pc to place bets, nobody here has another account in befred. My bet wasa 2020 EUR because I have placed 1000 EUR first on WBA to win on 2.50 decimal. After that I can not place more than that because of the limit. After that I made several bets like 1-1 for WBA, first half winner and so. My documents are perfect, proof of address, ID(clearly visiable) and screenshot of my moneybookers account. Everything was just perfect except they didnt want to pay my winnings. I hope SBR will help me with this FRAUD!
