BetOnline not a scam!

But....they make it NEAR impossible to get your funds out that you've won. I'm pretty good at Poker, and I'm walking away with 3 times what I put in. Well, trying to. They don't make it clear that you can't withdrawal any funds if you've deposited with a CC in the past 7 days-I'm sure its written somewhere. So, I wait 7 days. I still receive that error message. So I call customer service (which is the worst I've ever experienced-and I was very nice)

They inform me that it's 7 business days. So I wait a couple more days. Finally I go to withdrawal. The fee to withdrawal was about 20% of the amount I want to withdrawal!!!!!!! I'm fine with this, at t his point I just want my money and don't ever plan on playing here again.

But, there's a catch. They require documentation to be sent in to withdrawal. I learned this after calling customer service again.

What documentation?
Drivers License
CC Front and Back
Utility Bill

I said to the rep, "Utility bill?!"

But I was exhausted and didn't feel like arguing-I just wanted my money....

So in inquire again, "so, if I fax these documents in right now I can deposit my funds?"

Reps response "No Sir, it takes 7 business days to process your documents."

Ok....so I accept. I'm powerless-they have my money.

I will never play at BetOnline again....shame on them.

thats why i have not put money into this site.

i opened my account many years ago when it was called bestlines have not put money in there since BetOnline took over to much hassle geting your money out.

Man... another CC nightmare. PLease document time from first request to final cash in hand, we all want to know. Also, does anyone know about this BetOnline being sold. I say just a rumour because usually SBR mods know about these things for sure, they have a good/professional relastionship with executives and owners in the industry, before most if not all of us guys do and they most likely would of said something by now.

Point is, and this should probably go with any book that requires it, you get your documents in before you ever ask for a payout. Saves you a lot of time and trouble you're going to have to go through it anyway if you want your money. At least I learned how to scan documents on my printer and PC. Gives a lot clearer picture than faxing the Docs. When the Docs aren't clear faxing them, they ask you to do it over and over.

This is probably good to do with any and all services that accept ************...

They made a flimsy excuse and stole 4300 dollars in my account.

The owner of this place is Ben Johnansen of Playsafe/ Chico Network/ paynorake.com.
They are known for stealing money from people on paynorake.com cuz they dont have a good reputation to uphold as they have here.

The owner , Ben , is a thief and I talked to him firsthand and he hung up the phone on me and did not even let me show him my evidence etc. He's a total crook. Betonline is ran by crooks.
